Pinot Grigio

Our 2023 Pinot Grigio has been sourced from Margaret River and Mt Barker. The season was a little cooler than average with vintage starting a week or two later. The conditions were perfect for gentle ripening, thus preserving the Pinot Grigio’s delicate fruit characters.

COLOUR

Very clear and bright with a light straw hue.

AROMA

Has a delicate nose of fresh pear fruit with hints of exotic tropical fruit.

PALATE

This is a well weighted, very approachable, fresh dry white. It has delicate fruit flavours of summer fruits, eg golden delicious apples and ripe pear. Its delicate fruit flavours are well balanced by its gentle acidity, very characteristic of the variety. Our Pinot Grigio has a nice textural quality and can be enjoyed with or without food. Best enjoyed as a young wine, serve lightly chilled.
