Our Cape to Cape range is all about approachability — and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is our most popular wine!

All the fruit was sourced from cool-climate vineyards in the South West of WA, predominantly from Mount Barker. The 2025 release is a blend of 58% Semillon and 42% Sauvignon Blanc. The Semillon brings soft citrus flavours and generous palate weight, while the Sauvignon Blanc adds vibrant fruit power.

Lovely aromatics showing tropical fruits, honeysuckle, white nectarine and hints of lime zest.

PALATE

Lots of OOMPH here, loads of generous fruit intensity, without any heaviness. Beautifully structured with a concentrated palate. Passionfruit, lychee, lovely cape gooseberry crispness and fresh acidity delivering great fruit purity and power, balanced perfectly by the soft acidity of the Semillon. Complex fruit characters with loads of delicious flavours and an attractive dry finish.

Excellent drinking now by the fire or on those warm days and balmy nights with Chicken and asparagus risotto - perfection.
