Prosecco

This Prosecco is made from Glera, an Italian variety now growing very happily in the cool, sub alpine climate of Victoria’s King Valley. Prosecco is made for early drinking and is less complex than methode traditionelle as it’s not aged on yeast lees. Ready to enjoy as a young wine, it makes a great aperitif and also pairs well with all sorts of foods eg shellfish, smoked salmon & sushi.

COLOUR

Very bright with just the palest hint of light straw.

AROMA

Has delicious, lightly fruity aromas of fresh golden delicious apples and sweet baked lemons.

PALATE

Has a nice fullness on the palate with those gentle appley flavours. Soft and dry and lightly effervescent, this is an easy drinking Prosecco that everyone can enjoy.
