Blonde Crow Fiano

Fiano is an Italian variety that is idealy suited to making an aromatic and textured wine. In order to capture the essence of this variety we wanted to do the least amount to it.

This small batch Fiano is sourced from 8 year old vines in Mount Barker.

The wine is aromatic, textured and we l balanced with notes of wild flowers and ripe golden delicious apples.

Wild ferment in barrel with indigenous yeast has added complexity to the summer fruit characters and bottling with no fining or filtration adds palate weight and texture.
