2008 Zeepaard Sauvignon Blanc

2008 vintage was as close to perfect as we have had in many years in the Great Southern region. The days were warm and dry and the nights were cool offering
optimum conditions for ripening grapes.

Colour:
Pale straw with brilliant clarity.

Aroma:
The nose is fresh and aromatic with herbal overtones.

Palate:
This Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and refreshing. Intense herbal characters are balanced with tropical fruits and a slight hint of passionfruit appears in the mid palate. The finish is persistent and offers a refreshing acidity..

Cellar Potential:
This wine is best consumed young while it is fresh and crisp.
