2008 Viognier

2008 vintage was as close to perfect as we have had in many years in the Great Southern region.
The days were warm and dry and the nights were cool offering optimum conditions for ripening
grapes.

Colour:
Pale to mid straw, good clarity.

Aroma:
A highly aromatic wine showing an interesting complexity on the nose fresh ripe apricots and stone fruits.

Palate:
The apricot and stone fruit are evident on the palate which has good weight and a lovely rich viscosity Vibrant fruit characters give the mid palate texture, with a spicy tang gives the wine good length and a clean finish

Cellar Potential:
2 - 4 years.
