2007 Viognier

The 2007 vintage was hot and dry, outstanding fruit was seen from throughout the region. Due to
favourable weather conditions throughout the growing season, disease was controlled.

Colour:
Pale to mid straw, good clarity.

Aroma:
A highly aromatic wine showing an interesting complexity on the nose of dried apricot, gingerbread, lemon meringue and violets.

Palate:
Apricot and citrus fruit, along with gingerbread and spice. Vibrant fruit characters give the mid palate weight and texture, with citrus acidity giving the wine good length and a clean finish..

Cellar Potential:
2 - 4 years.
